I have been working with Claire as my Coaching Mentor and her support, insight and compassionate approach has been invaluable. It has taken me some time to integrate my skill set and get ready to take my new business and website out. Claire has helped me personally and professionally and through our sessions I am now ready. I couldnt have gotten to where I am now without her and I will continue regular sessions with her, to help keep me on track and moving forwards with enthusiasm rather than confusion or trepidation. Claire has helped me so much in the short amount of time I have been seeing her - we have connected really well and I instantly feel at ease in her welcoming space. Claire lets the sessions flow as they need to but always manages to come back to some tangible take aways and actions to implement into everyday life to really be able to live out the changes you want to see. For me that is the real difference between Claire and other councillors/coaches I have seen.

I highly recommend Wheel of life Coaching because Claire has provided a fantastic series of coaching sessions guiding me through a very challenging time in my life. Her calm, professional and knowledgeable attitude gave a safe environment to explore my concerns. She then applied multiple coaching methods to navigate each scenario which empowered me to change the feeling of hopelessness and move forwards. The whole experience has strengthen my understanding of thought processes and given me an exciting new toolkit to work towards my goals. I am looking forward to continually working with Claire with the development of other areas of my life including my career.

100% recommend Claire. She has an amazing skill to pick up on what you will benefit from, but deals with it in such a calm and basic way. Keeps things very simple and slow, but results are gained immediately. I started to benefit and see and feel change from our very first session. So many 'light bulb' moments. Wish I had found Claire years ago!
