        If u phone off your own phone decent service but if u go to office press button your aske your name asked how to spell it once or twice ... u see 3 or 4 cars in car park only to be told your taxi on way two mins ...10 mins go by standing in rain and wind u find out your taxi coming from batley ...i was regular customer sometimes 3 0r 4 times a day ...but no more if thats how they look after good customers .
