        Rude, unhelpful staff member who lost out on custom last night thanks to his manner. Apparently his hermes/evri machine was broken but I suspect it was because he didn't want a large parcel in his shop. He could have had 25 spent at the shop that night and other nights too but that's the last time we're going. And we've also reported him to Evri.
