Always out of cheap bread with the next cheapest usually three times as much. Reductions are pathetic knocking 2p off an already way overpriced item is just annoying. I dont know why they bother. And they need to get on top of fixing the self service tills as soon as they stop working. If there isnt enough staff for any of this they should use some of the HUGE PROFITS that they make from flogging more or less see - through bread with more air than actual bread (and packets of crisps with one crisp in etc) employ more people and pay them a decent wage. AND.....Im sick of waiting ten minutes to be served at the cig counter because people are taking ages getting lottery tickets and having helium balloons blown up and theres just one very slow person serving.

We bought a machine from here which turned out to be faulty. When we took the item back we were told it can not be returned even though it was faulty and everything else was just like when it was bought. Called customer services and spoke to a manager who refused to take it back even though it was a faulty item. The staff were polite but if an item is faulty then it is the stores responsibility to take it back and replace or refund. It's unlikely that we'll purchase anything other than groceries for here from now onwards.

Went to do shopping but as usual no items available which I wanted, very disappointed.

Its getting better they spent some money on updating it just need to keep the stock levels up , still in need of money spending on the store as out dated
