The Liversedge

Went to a family meal at the Liversedge and could not believe the amount of mistakes that were made with our meal order. They said upon ordering, it would be around a one hour wait as they were busy which was fine. Five minutes later, my main meal arrived and I hadn't even had my starter. I asked staff to rectify the problem but never got a response. We got the starters which were OK, but when they brought our main meals out, two people didn't get theres. Asked to speak to the manager but found him very rude, impolite and arrogant and basically could not care less about customer satisfaction. We will definitely not be returning. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute nightmare from start to finish never met such a rude manager in all my life feel sorry for the staff .Definitely won't be going again which is a shame because been to Greece king pubs before and never had any cause for complaint. I can't believe the way he spoke to me infront of other customers and staff and the staff were obviously didn't agree with him but dare nt say .I shall be contacting Greene King to make a complaint not that will bother the manager Chris has he clearly doesn't care about his customers or reputation. Thanks Chris for ruining our family evening out .
