        Chilled atmosphere. 2 log fires. Good beer and friendly staff. Nice beer garden. A weekly quiz, and occasional live acts.

        This place has buzz as a place where we enjoy the company of friends, at the end of a working day or at weekends. Question: how do we open the freaking doors to the beer garden with two drinks or more with out waste or the destruction of carpets? Seriously!

        It's absolutely brilliant. Arranged to meet a friend who lived locally. So, I am only able to have one pint. But it was first class, and I felt like a kid in a sweet shop and no pennies. It's a pub you can easily miss, if u don't live local, but we'll be worth a visit. The lady behind the bar was also very helpful..
