        Most staff are helpful but some are rude. Always changing the times of the pharmacists lunch so I don't know when I have to trek down to pick up a daily prescription. Tell me one time not to go, then next day I was in the wrong. Rude to say the least

        Seem to have completely lost the plot. Can't fulfill prescriptions, don't seem to care, awful service. Message you to come and collect your scripts then when you get there tell you that they aren't dispensing because they have no pharmacist. Complete waste of time.

        really bad service, wont answer the phone to chase prescription, i have have items that have to be taken together they dont understand, the managaer needs sacking, simple as that. One day i went to pick 1 up and told 1 item was not there and it was the item i needed that had run out but told i had to come back the day after because no stock or some other excuse, while i was walking away the manager mumbled what sort of service does he expect, my other half was a bit behind me and just come in from morrisons and heard exactly the womans words, how does DUTY OF CARE SOUND, IT SHOULD BE CHECKED AND IF THEY CANT PROVIDED THAT LOOSE THEIR SHOP, SIMPLE AS THAT. LIVES CAN DEPEND ON A CHEMIST

        Very slow custom and attitude wasn't very nice. Meds I'd ordered over 2 weeks ago had still not been ordered and they weren't sure where prescription was.
