Would I buy another van from here if I did I would have to by two one for my worst enemy and one with man with the gun to my head .RUN A WAY . DON'T LOOK BACK.nice to see that only reply to the good reviews.must save them a load of time,

Very disappointed with the service I received. Purchased a tipper van which at first seemed great. I travelled from Essex to Yorkshire to collect the van and didn't want to hang around as I had such a long journey home. The dirt that I actually found in the van was ridiculous, it looks as if they had spent no time on cleaning the van inside. This isn't the end of the world, as I can give it a clean but as I was driving the van back I realised the heater wasn't working at all, no power coming from the fan. I spoke to Six Lanes the following morning and they told me it's not a problem as it is under warranty but had no consideration that I have got to spend time to take the van to a local garage to get diagnosed and fixed. I asked if they would pay for an inside valet to compensate me for my time and money running around to get the heating fixed but. they flat out refused and thought the fan/heater wasn't an issue as it's under warranty.. Would also like to add that me and my dad wasn't even offered a drink or anything after such a long journey.. Customer service is terrible. The van will be good, once the fan/heating is fixed.

Decent place to go and look for a van if you are interested in one.
