        Absolutely not fit for purpose, my daughter has to get to Leeds for work every day and the amount of times the bus doesn't turn up and even worse for her journey home after 7pm being stuck in Leeds is very unsafe

        Rubbish, all I can say, the most unreliable and overall service. On a Sunday 1 bus every 2hours and IT DOESNT SHOW UP! What a joke I just want first bus to take over this area Arriva don't deserve it
