This company has great products but unfortunately the customer service is awkward especially the Delivery Driver. Very rude and abusive Delivery Driver. Unacceptable behaviour from the driver was discriminating and using foul language.

AVOID AVOID Do not buy from these avoid at all costs. I have been using this company for years and normally have a really good experience. Unfortunately I purchased a bed off them which was not fit for purpose and their customer service has been really poor. I informed them from day one that the product went up to scratch them. They told me they look into it then they asked me to send an email and its been going from there at the end of it. They have given me a bed that cant be used for the 20 refund, really appreciate I have accepted this as a goodwill gesture, but they have lost a valued customer. I will from now on purchase from someone else. They actually value their customers and their opinions. I dont know how many photos I have but I still get the same answer. Its not a problem you put the bed up your problem.
