There is one remember of staff in this pharmacy who is particularly rude, they go about their job as if everything is too much trouble. They make no effort to even acknowledge customers or say hello or goodbye, just look at you when you approach the counter as if you are a massive inconvenience. When visiting a pharmacy customers are generally not feeling great, hence why they are there in the first place. Is it too much to ask to be served by someone who cares and who will use basic common decency when dealing with people?

Rude staff! No hello or thank you. I forgot my mask in my car and was rudely instructed to leave and find one. Came back and wasn't even spoken to or acknowledged. You may to consider staff training or rehiring.
