We are so glad that we chose John (and Emma) Severs for our wonderful dads funeral arrangements. John provided expert and sympathetic advice and things went exactly as we had hoped on the day of the service. John navigated us through the potential pitfalls of a funeral around Christmas time and he also treated my widowed Mum with real kindness throughout and went out of his way to think of our needs. John and Emma are extremely nice people very well suited to their roles. We would highly recommend them.

From making the first phone call John and Emma went above and beyond. Very personal touch. We was getting so stressed waiting for paperwork coming back from the registrar. Emma and John made lots of phone calls to help us out. The service we received was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. We want to thank you both so much. A++++
