        I am so pleased that I found Steve, at last I have an efficient desktop pc. I was running on windows 7 but now upgraded to 10, a new solid state hard drive and Bluetooth capability. On returning my pc and getting it up and running, Steve explained everything he had done, patiently and in a manner I understood, as I am not savvy with IT terminology. He also sorted out printer issues I had with my phone and tablet. I had Norton installed on the old hard drive.....Steve found a Trojan which Norton had not detected!! Needless to say I am now using Windows Defender as recommended by Steve . I am highly recommending Eclipse PC Repair for the knowledgeable expertise, professionalism, very reasonable cost and a rarity these days ....turning up on time! Thank you so much Steve.
