Bruce's Doggy Day Care Wellington Country Park

Bruces facility is great, although beware it is all outdoors so in poor weather the dogs get wet and muddy! I found Bruces really hard to communicate with. The portal is good, but the phone is never answered so you have to leave a message and wait for a call back. When they do phone they have such poor phone signal you can never hear them. Emails get sent which dont get acknowledged and just felt this could be much improved. We also had an issue that the collection bus was cancelled on the day and were only advised after collection was due. These things happen I understand but still didnt make for the best initial experience. Good business but just felt it could be a bit better

Absolutely fantastic. A game-changer in allowing us to balance work and enjoy our dog. They're reliable, flexible, genuinely so caring, and our dog LOVES going. The photos showing how much fun the dogs are having make our day

Send our 2yr here for help socialising. Being a puppy of CoVid she thinks does a person and has no time for these 4 legged things

Our puppy has attended since he was 3 months old. His development over the last 3 months has been incredible. The staff are all excellent and sending Bruce to Bruces was that best thing we did.
