        A very attractive and desirable estate. However, we reserved our plot in July 2021 but we've had the completion date deferred 5-6 times so far and its now rescheduled again for 1st-30th April 2022, which again is vague. This will take us to a 9 month wait which we never planned or budgeted for (we are in rented accommodation and also paying for storage). We would never have paid our deposit if we'd known it was going to be so long and deferred so many times. Very scant information from Persimmons and very disappointing customer service from regional and head office. However, Terry in the sales office is a pleasure to deal with.

        Nice estate but too many kids and the gardens are not maintained properly and look untidy by the contractors on behalf of persimmons.
