        The staff at Valli Opticians are excellent. The optician was very reassuring and gave good advice and care at a time when I was worried about a problem with my eye. I can highly recommend Valli Opticians, the service is very good with modern equipment for eye tests and a very good environment for choosing glasses.

        I had a very thorough eye test at this opticians, and was happy with that aspect of the experience. But I have to say I won't be going back there given that they added a surcharge of 40 to my bill as I was re-using my own frames. Given that my lenses were complex and expense, this extra 40 left a bad taste. I have never known an optician do this before and so they have lost me as a customer.
