Lee (the owner) was polite and efficient. He did a beautiful job and I couldnt be more pleased - he even helped me unload a lawnmower from my car! Really good customer service. Couldnt recommend him highly enough.

Highly recommend. Helpful at the selection process in the shop, clear communication before starting work, including about height of thicker pile and its possible impact on our doors. Turned up on time, and did a lovely job. Even popped back, as promised to change a room divider to the bathroom that we forgot to ask for earlier.

Most appalling customer service ever today. Booked carpets from Hebden Flooring about 3 weeks ago. He tried to call me to tell me they were out of stock, but called as I was on my way to A and E with a kid, so I couldn't talk. He never called back to let me know he wasn't coming. I called and left a message last week changing the type of underlay. I called this morning to check how much the fitters needed in cash. He didn't reply to either message to let me know he wasn't coming. I've already lifted the carpet in my 14 year old room, and moved all the furniture out. Finally got hold of him just now, he told me he was 'too put out' that I hadn't been able to talk to him on the phone to bother letting me know he wouldn't be coming! Recommendations for a better company who can come and fit ASAP would be very welcome.

A Childish mindset all things considering. Inconsiderate to customers and leaving them without information.
