I feel compelled to leave my feedback. I had a bag that I wanted a leather patch putting on to cover a fraying area. I was told it would take a week, over three weeks later I had still not received a call telling me if my bag was ready. I went round just to check up, just to be told my bag was ready and had been for several days (why did you not call me like you said then?). This delay was very inconvenient but the worst part of it was the quality of the work. I had one line of stitching on the top that looked ok but the bottom line of stitching was appalling. I had several different stitching lines that made it look like an absolute amateur had stitched it (not a highly skilled craftsman). Also the path has was shorter on one side than another. If the padding was thick and you could not stitch it then you should have manually stitched it or used rivets as we previously agreed. I was charged 20 for the privilege of this guy butchering my bag! Personally I would avoided if you want someone who takes pride in his work. In short a very let down overcharged customer.
