Lovely location and spacious bedrooms. Would very much benefit from a downstairs cloakroom - three double bedrooms sharing one bathroom is not ideal. Functional rather than luxurious but advertises itself as dog-friendly so that is understandable. Do not rely on the wifi connection if you are hoping to work here; it is VERY spasmodic.

(Translated by Google) Mayroad Mill House - already the first view from the Rochdale canal onto the leafy, stately house enchanted me. The harmonious ambience of the different bathrooms and rooms, especially the kitchen, made my heart beat faster. But only the view through the beautiful large windows and a walk through the large, idyllic garden to the river Calder - I'm sure - an accommodation simply can't be more picturesque and paradisiacal! There are seldom more peaceful places of longing! (Original) Mayroad Mill House - schon der erste Blick vom Rochdale Kanal auf das begrnte, stattliche Haus verzauberte mich. Das stimmige Ambiente der unterschiedlichen Bder und Zimmer, insbesondere der Kche, lieen mein Herz hher schlagen. Aber erst der Blick durch die schnen groen Fenster und ein Gang durch den groen idyllischen Garten zum Flu Calder - ich bin mir sicher - pittoresker und paradiesischer kann eine Unterkunft einfach nicht mehr sein ! Es gibt wohl selten friedlichere Sehnsuchtsorte!
