Hebden Bridge Cruises

Booked and paid for 2 tickets for Tea and Cream Scones for 08/04/23 for a birthday gift. On arrival there was no boat available, I rang the telephone number on the website, it was a voicemail, I sent a text message, NO REPLY. I sent a message through the website, NO REPLY, I sent an email, NO REPLY. No communication to me from Hebden Bridge cruises, therefore we had to leave Hebden Bridge without having the cruise. This was booked on 14/03/23 and cost 42.50. I still have not managed to contact anyone from the company, the website is still active, and they are still taking bookings!! Be very hesitant before making any bookings!! This is disgraceful and I have since sent an email for a refund of monies and once again there was NO REPLY! Absolutely appalling when Hebden Bridge is such a beautiful place to go, please don't let my review put you off visiting Hebden Bridge, just check first before you make a booking with this company!!

This is a tourist scam, do not book. I booked a cruise for 2 and paid 60, the payment was taken, but no one ever replied to over 10 emails, or returned any of my calls. No one turned up at the meeting point and not a single Facebook message has been answered. Total con. Avoid at all costs. I only give it one star to leave a review....I would have given it zero stars if Google let me

Lovely 1-hr cruise with Nicki - even on a drizzly day. Loved the informative narrative complemented by cream tea as we sailed along. Thanks Nicki!
