My daughter went to caf with her friends,they bought a drink from cafe and sat there with their own snacks ,a cafe staff aggressively shouted at them to leave ,although they are all just child under age 18! This is completely not acceptable behaviour as an adult like that ,it let young people down ,my daughter and her friends very upset ,scared and walked away silently after the staff been rude to them !!! this is the first independent trip to Hebden for 16th birthday, they feel not Safe anymore to go out!!! I hope this review can make everyone attention and service in the public should improving ,and make sure young people feel welcomed and safe by Well-trained staff !!!
