I'm sure this place is lovely to stay at, the rooms certainly look luxurious only I wouldn't know. I made a genuine mistake trying to negotiate Expedias booking page, unbeknown to me the date page had reverted back to the current date instead of the night in May I wanted to book. As soon as I realised I had booked the wrong night I tried to get in touch to alter the date. There is no reception and only a mobile number for emergencies only, which never replies. Expedia and I both tried to contact to no avail so I ended up paying 130 for a night I never stayed in the hotel. Nice rooms I'm sure but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR GOODWILL WHATSOEVER!! Fine as long as nothing goes wrong then you're stuffed. Won't stay or recommend as a result. BEWARE In reply to your reply. Expedia sent me messages by e-mail saying they'd only got through to your emergency mobile phone number. I don't have any records of any messages sent to me in my e-mail inbox or on my voicemail. How did you contact me because I never saw a thing. I only booked the day before the booking so only noticed on the day when I got a reminder so couldn't have contacted you any sooner. There seemed no other way to get through to you but an answerphone
