The acupuncture therapy i received was outstanding from Helen. Helen did not kust provide the treatment, but was a very compassionate, empathetic counsellor, who provided that emotional support. For someone who had moved to the North without much of a family or friends network, she was truly a great friend in the process. She is passionate about what she does and takes pride in her work. I would recommend her to anyone looking for treatment.

I went to see Helen after my partner and I were finding it difficult to conceive and after fertility investigations revealed 'unexplained infertility'. My weekly visits to Helen were only a positive experience. Not only was I reassured by her depth of knowledge and breadth of experience but her warmth and empathic ear helped me deal with all the emotional ups and downs of trying to get pregnant. I embraced both the acupuncture and herbal medicine prescribed by Helen and saw changes in my physical well being. I am now well into my second trimester and can't wait to introduce our little miracle to Helen. I can't thank her enough.

I've been seeing Helen for a little over a year now, and her treatment has been crucial in healing my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I'd been sick with CFS/ME on and off for around 6 years in total. Being treated by Helen has healed 90% of my symptoms, and I'm now not long off being completely recovered from CFS/ME and living a completely symptom-free life. Helen has completely given me my life back and I am forever grateful. There is hope for everyone with chronic ailments.

I went to see Helen to see if she could do anything for my migraines of 18 years. After one round of accupuncture my migraines more or less dissappeared. I've not had any of any significance for about 7 months. I've had I think 5 top up sessions. I was so pleased with the results I went back to see if Helen could help with my hayfever of 43 years! And almost one week after treatment I'm symptom free. If you are looking for a TCM practioner who is emotionally warm and highly skilled she might be the person for you. Thank you Helen x

*Doula review* Helen Chuntso was our dream doula. Her knowledge, experience and instincts were absolutely invaluable during my second pregnancy and homebirth after experiencing birth trauma with my first. It was so helpful having someone who actually knew me and my backstory to chat through questions and concerns as I navigated what was quite a triggering maternity care journey. The antenatal prep was brilliant and helped rebuild my confidence. We then felt prepared for the birth no matter what turn it took. During my labour and birth, Helen was a calm presence and she had a sixth sense for what was needed. It was such a positive, empowering and healing experience and we confidently navigated the twists and turns together because she'd built trust with both myself and my husband. I cannot thank Helen enough and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.
