DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. If anyone reads this, I urge you to not purchase any vehicle from these guys. The reason the cars are cheap, is because majority, if not all have Insurance categories on them. My wife purchased a car 6 months ago for reasonably cheap relative to market value. We asked the dealer if its been In any major accident. The guy said no. He did inform us the front panel had been replaced. Legally speaking, we should have been made aware that it had Category S insurance Right off. This reduces the value of the car by over 40%. Not disclosing such information is nothing short of scummy. Anything for a profit right? Fast forward 6 months, we go to potentially sell the car, only to be told that it has category S. shocked, appalled and disgusted that we were lied to, we contacted the dealer. The response was Thats why you got it cheap, and we told you it had a panel replaced This is extremely vague as panel replacements and damage could mean a million different things. Category of any sort needs to be in writing and disclosed before a sale. Had we of know, we would not of bought the vehicle. In doing more research, many others have had the same issue. Cowboy car dealers Rest assured trading standards and a solicitor will be in touch with them soon. So please do yourself a favour, get peace of mind, and go elsewhere Times may be hard, but ignorance, theft and illegal practices are not an excuse
