Went to return a parcel, the gent werent helpful and seemed like I was a bother to him when I asked him where to printer was to print the label out. Once it was printed, the lady behind the till spoke to me rudely and then turned to the gent and spoke about me to him in a different language and gestured to me whilst doing so! Not ideal customer service at all

staff not helpful - greedy and not polite. They claim on Sundays not to take EVRI parcels, despite being open and other EVRI parcel shops taking parcels on Sundays. Incredibly poor service and I would avoid at all costs

I have been to this about 3 times now as the staff are friendly and the clean and very cheap as soon you walk in they are watching you on the tv or making up jobs so they watch you. I find this happens in a lot of shops with a lot of people but come on I dont look like I will nick from your shop pal

I find this happens in a lot of shops with a lot of people but come on I dont look like I will nick from your shop pal
