Romford Care Centre

Romford care home is always warm and welcoming, staff are very chatty and friendly. The home is always clean and tidy. Would highly recommend for your loved ones.

An amazing care home with a real sense of family. My grandmother spent her last months there with dementia and everyday was treated with the upmost dignity and respect from ALL staff. Would highly recommend anyone to go there especially when they have their fabulous theme days like the dog show and dementia cafe . Thanks to all the amazing staff xx

If I could give this place no stars I would. Not that it's the fault of the nurses or staff who have been wonderful but the management and the managing staff . Please do NOT send your elderly patents here if they have any kind of disruptive behaviour as even thought they advertise as specialising with this situation they cannot. With only 12 hours notice they kicked my dad with server alzheimer's out with not a care where he would go we had no where to take him and was just advised by the most uncaring manager to get him sectioned and take hna to the nearest mental hospital . And this is ment to be a care home

Do not trust this place with your elderly relatives with dementia who do not sit in a chair all day as the will kick them out with no warning & no where to go. Managers lie to your face about the care they receive. The care staff who do their day job are good people but the managers are just there for the money & a quiet life. I would NEVER recommend this place.
