        The worst city plumbing in Essex . They all sit behind the counter laughing and joking whilst you wait there to be served. They ignore you when you walk in. Ive worked in retail for 20 years and the service they offer is terrible.

        Been dealing with a lovely lady called Jane at the Harold Hill branch who has been super efficient and friendly. We've had to change our quote a couple of times but Jane has been super helpful. The Iflo range is a good cost effective range for those on a budget but comes with guarantees. We have purchased this range before and its been fine.
