        Turn up for an appointment and still left in the waiting room an hour later. This is the last thing anyone wants when they are ill. This is for Heaton Road. Never had any problems at The Health Centre.

        Just like another NHS health centre. Doctors dont really care or care to investigate the health problem. Absolutely no rush for needed treatment, no rush to come on time to work (so we, customers, have to wait for an hour, to get a consultation that makes no sense).

        This is the worst GP. All there staff are rude an incompetent. My daughter is type 1 dibeatic and she is always waiting for her doctors to sign off her perception. I have had contless arguments with the receptionist as they leave it under the desk until. They have no medical training and should be dealing with prescriptions .
