Havering Blinds

I googled blinds & I see havering blinds come up, see the reviews & see he was only round the corner to me so decided to go with Gabriel & so glad I did! The wood blinds are beautiful! He comes to you & measures the windows & fits for you when order arrives. If you have any questions about you order, his very quick to respond. I'm very happy and defiantly would use again, thank you again Gabriel :)

We decided to go with Gabriel based on the positive reviews. Communication was prompt, the quote was reasonable and everything seemed professional so we decided to proceed with our order. We were asked to transfer half of the cost up front which we felt was reasonable, but made inquiries as to what the refund policy would be should anything go wrong with the order. We were keen to go ahead and had absolutely no intention of cancelling. Disappointingly, Gabriel responded to us declining the order. It is extremely worrying that he wasn't prepared to answer what should be a very simple question and provide information that should be made easily available to paying customers. In hindsight, we feel glad we avoided using Havering Blinds.

Very poor service, called to get bifold door blinds and gave all the measurements and the style of blinds wanted. I was told that the quote will be given later that day but never got the call. So phoned them up after 2 days and was told the same, but surprise surprise no call again. Looks like they don't want business.
