        I feel so sad about this place so many empty units, even though there're some fancy ones open like Subway and Primark with a nice community library, which looks modern. Inside the shopping centre it's clean and there should be much potential for development and regeneration. What an epitome of towns like Bolton, like being forgotten by the country.
