VERY disappointed........I booked my pride and joy car which is always immaculately clean and valeted with them for 3 weeks....... They actually collected on time ....... So when I was due to return I sent them a direct WhatsApp with my boarding pass to confirm return details but as seems to be the same as everyone else on here..... Zero response........ So when I arrived I called them and they didn't seem to have any idea who or what was going on...........I finally managed to explain who I was and which car was mine.............I couldn't believe it when it returned...... absolutely filthy covered in mud........ Like it had been on a rally...... All up the doors..... Even on the bonnet...... All along the bottom of the doors...... absolutely disgusting........... The guy couldn't get away quickly enough......... When I opened the door there was even mud all over my pristine floor mat...... He'd pulled all my phone charger cable from its routing up to the cradle on the window so he could charge his phone on the passenger seat ...... The heating was on full blast and the centre console vents all open and moved (things they had NO right to mess with)........ But then I opened the back door to put my suitcase in and I NEVER use the back of my car....... But the passenger rear seat headrest was pulled up...... And there was some of that mud all over the back of the driver seat (lucky for me they're leather seats)...... No one has EVER sat in the back of my new car...... So I know for a fact that they have ......... Then to top it off when I get in to set off...... There's an extra 111 miles on the clock.......... Which confirmed my thoughts that they've been using my car........ For either personal use......or ferrying customers to and from the airport....... Hence the filthy state and 111 extra miles on the clock.......... absolutely furious.........I would NOT recommend these people whatsoever...........

Typical of these cowboys ! I have had the unfortunate experience of what is classed as, meet and greet at Heathrow airport on 3 occasions with these similar companies. All of them claim to be waiting for you in car park 4, terminal 2. As instructed to call 15 mins before your arrival, they dont show up and you have to ca multiple times. This is time and consuming and costly. You pay the car park exit charge before they take your car keys and go and park it off site somewhere. You then call them on your return journey, once you are through security and have collected your luggage, as directed. However, whilst you are stood waiting for them over 15 mins later in the same parking lot, they claim that can exit the car park within 15mins and your exit ticket is paid for. Well as our driver strolled up 30 mins later, we collected the keys and drove to the exit point within 3 mins of him exiting the vehicle and guess what yes you guessed it there was a charge on exit of the car park again. The driver obviously took more than 15 mins from entry to climb to the 4th floor, he was too occupied with his mobile phone to care about arriving on time and saving us an extra charge. DO NOT WASTE your money thinking that you will save time because it is much quicker to park, keep your keys and catch the shuttle bus which is regular. Please also note that the meet and greet services at Manchester Airport are the true meet and greet services so its only Heathrow where this robbing money trap happens ! Good luck with your car parking.

Rude, unorganized, waited over an hour to have my car returned. Would never use them again, they are a shambles.

Waited nearly an hour in the Heathrow T2 short stay car park waiting for a driver to collect my car (despite me calling them 15 mins before I arrived - as instructed in the booking confirmation email). When he finally did arrive, and because I had been waiting for more than 30 mins, I had to pay nearly 12 in parking costs so that the driver could leave the car park. When I complained and asked for a refund I have not recieved any response. They have not even had the decency to acknowledge my complaint! Terrible customer service all round!
