MILE5 Airport Transfers

I have always been happy with the service until the recent pick up , where they spell my email address incorrectly and hence i didn't receive their invoice ( i have provided the correct address which i have sent by text ). They called, shouting and yelling at me on Sunday night , threatening me over the phone . When i pointed out to them that they spell my email address wrong, they never response back nor apologies but sent me a bill which is much higher than we originally agreed ! I have never received such an awful service in the past and I am hugely disappointed, as i like this company very much in the past and it's always been my top choice when i went travelling in the past.

Mile5 is a reliable and efficient taxi company. I use their services regularly to go to the airport and back. Driver is always on time, car is clean and up to what expected from an executive service

Excellent car service that i have used for a few years now and will continue to use! Reliable, polite, clean and good value for money. They have never arrived late for any bookings whether airport pick up/drop offs or family days out! I use them for personal and business trips

I have used them regularly for all of my airport transfers over the last few years. They are trustworthy, polite, courteous and dependable. They are all reasonably priced. I now look forward to seeing a familiar face turn up at the airport to pick me up after a long plane journey. I have peace of mind over the quality and personalised level of care they provide.
