Absolutely appauling self checkout I thought the staff were paid to help pasangers not treat them like dirt I wasn't happy with the woman who ran the store I didn't know a thing about self checkout so she got all funny with me also a few years ago I lost a pound because the coke machine by the smoking area wasn't working and there was no sign on it to say it was out of order

Awful staff. The woman working there was too busy talking to her co-worker to hear the amount of water that I wanted. She rang me up improperly, overcharged me, and refused to cancel, void, or redo the transaction. She was so rude and condescending the whole time. When I said I didn't want to take the change back so that she can just redo the transaction, she said she will just drop the money on the floor if I didn't take it. She is a cheap and tacky individual in her early 20's. For owner, the date of the transaction was Thursday, December 8, at around 11:10.
