I started working at FCA in January 2017 and from the very beginning till date Aldena have been immensely helpful and supportive throughout this journey with me. They have been extremely friendly and wholeheartedly assisted me in good and bad times. I can openly vouch for their authenticity, honesty, care and commitment towards all of their temps. I cannot express how comfortable my experience has been with them, especially Darinka who has been more then a point of contact but not less then a friend. I had just started looking for a job, after being off work for a year, when I received a call from Darinka, the MD for Aldena Associates at 5pm one Tuesday afternoon as she had seen my CV on LinkedIn. She knew it was short notice but there was a 2 day assignment locally the next day at 9am and asked if I would be interested in taking the role. After a chat I accepted and the next day she called me saying the company were very impressed with me and could I stay on for the following week. This turned into 3 months and Aldena were always professional, efficient and informative. I have now been offered a full time permanent Receptionist position with the company and just signed the contract. Aldena were really happy for me and we look forward to meeting each other and her team this Christmas.
