i went to this post office yesterday with my mother .There was this lady in the post office who was very rude to my mother. Me and my sister felt very bad because she was yelling and throwing the paper which my mother gave to her. I have never experienced something like this please change your staff

Yesterday (02/05/2023) I visited this place around 4.20 pm to apply for my daughters student oyster card with the school stamped certified document. 10th June 2022 edition clause 9 says, if I don't have the passport, birth certificate & the biomitric permit school can certify the document by endorsing the letter with the school stamp. The lady at the post office was very rude & refused to accept the document.I tried many times to explain her but she threw the document to me showing her rude attitude. I don't have anyone to leave both my children with so i took them with me. My children were really upset & I had to spend for our transportation in vain and also my time was wasted. Please take necessary action on her at the same time Educate your staff's about the procedures.

The staff here are lovely. Sadly the parking situation is a nightmare and there seems to always be massive queues here. Whenever I have to go to the post office a part of me dies because I have to endure the parking lottery and then the test of my patience standing in the queue that always feels like an eternity.
