Im an American and last week was the first time Ive rented/hired a vehicle outside the US. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was when I arrivedthat is not always my experience with airport car hire in the US. Bina and Paddy both did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable hiring a car in a foreign country for the first time. Our travels across southern England last week are now special memories my wife and I will keep for the rest of our lives. We hope to come back and do it again sometime.

What a rip off. I expected to have to pay more than originally quoted and booked, being nearest to the airport. But of course they didn't have our vehicle when we arrived and every single other vehicle was almost double the cost for next category I guess it doesn't work the same as Canada, where if we book a vehicle category and they've given it away to someone else, you get next best thing as a 'free' upgrade. Nope, here you can pay the extra or leave. Charming.
