Upon pick up of vehicle agent was in a hurry. Asked him to explain features of our car. Specifically gps. He said works like all the others. Unable to reach Avis to ask questions. Phoned, recordings said longer that average wait times and leave a message for call back. Never called back. Stopped twice at service stations to get help. They thought it was not working correctly. First time driving in the UK. GPS would have been very helpful. When driving in a new country. Very difficult to look at the screen without any audio guide. Explained the situation to the agent upon return of the car and was given a $30 credit. I would say the $30 is a drop in the bucket when you spend $4000 on a trip youve been wanting to take all your life.

They've moved it out of the Terminal 5 parking lot, which was super convenient, to the Holiday Inn, which is about 5 minutes way. Staff and service excellent! Would recommend.

Great with Preferred Membership. Shame, they've moved the location now away from the terminal so you have to take a bus to the station :(

Terrible location at a hotel car park (!?) miles away. After years of the convenience of the T5 terminal location this is a right put-off.
