        Poor experience with purple parking. Arrived to park for our holiday. Before they even saw our vehicle they asked for an extra 25 per day as we had a 4x4 and referred to their sign behind the counter. They clearly knew this from our reg number at the point of sale but didnt make the charges clear when booking. The lady on the desk was rude. We had no option to pay as we had a plane to catch. We wont use them again.

        Very honest and helpful staff at Heathrow Terminal 2. I left a bag by their desk with duty free, an iPad and other Nickable stuff. The staff found it, tracked down my details and rang me to let me know they found it. I went back to the terminal and collected my bag and everything was still in it. Thank you gentlemen for your honesty and good customer service.
