        Had my catalytic converter stolen when I park at T4 long stay car park. Reported the theft and all I got was "Sorry, there's not much we can do." What happens to the 24/7 security?

        Its not bad but for such big airport, maintenance of the roads could be better and bays are quite small

        Always like using this car park when going from terminal 4 however my small star rating is because I tried to amend my entrance timing by 2 hours but because they no longer are offering the parking package I bought then it can't be changed. I can however go in 2 hours earlier and pay the difference when I leave. I asked how much the difference would be and apparently for the 2 hours I would have to pay 34, talk about ridiculous, I paid 161 for 10 days but and extra 2 hours is 34... Crazy really, it cheaper to stick my car in the short stay for 2 hours at 16. If the extra 2 hours was cheaper than the short stay car park then that would be fine and it would make sense. Not happy..
