First class western red cedar and great customer service in these trying times they went above and beyond for me when a third party damaged my trims. I have already recommended them to a few people. Once again thank you Keith and Robert for all your help.

Made a second order for nails to fix some cladding just before Christmas was not told about the opening hours of the business and they weren't on the website either and I place the order on 20th of December and won't be delivered till 11th of Jan and beacuase the company is doing a stock take the first week back and won't be send anything out till they finish that not interested in helping at all even tho it was there own mistake not putting the Christmas hour and closures on the website for everyone to see terrible service I didn't miss them at all cos they werent on the website you have already admitted that on the phone when I made a complaint there

Incompetent and unprofessional. I requested a quote for 32 square metres of composite cladding, my customer was happy with the price so we went ahead with the order. I started fitting the panels when I started to realise there wasnt going to be enough. It turns out they quoted for 23 square metres instead of 32 and wanted another 900 for the rest of the materials. If you dont want to be held to ransom in order to complete your job use someone else.

Same issue as a previous review - bought some larch cladding, prepared the building and then was told a week odd later there was a administrative mistake and they wouldnt be able to deliver. Am stuck now.
