I took my test almost 3 hours before I boarded. When I tried to access my results 40 min later, the website kept telling me my information was wrong even though I know I entered the correct information when I created an account. The website would not send me a link to reset my password no matter how many times I tried. This was very stressful as you had to upload your test results at least 2 hours before a flight to the U.S. at this time. The website does not have a phone number for emergencies like this, so I submitted a concern via email on their website saying I needed my results before my boarding time. They did not respond before my airline luckily let me board anyways after I explained the situation. I also overheard other people having the same issue at my gate. After all this, they refused to send me a refund even though by the time they sent me my results I was already on a plane out of service. Horrible customer service, test somewhere else if possible.

We booked as going to the USA then the regulations changed. We were refunded with a voucher which we are unlikely to use. Other companies have given a full refund minus a small admin fee. Not happy

Avoid!!!!! They have a terrible booking system. Ive waited for half an hour and still not through the barrier to queue more, despite booking.

Friendly staff. We booked a walk through test at gatwick. We arrived over an hour early. As they were quiet they let us straight in. Had our results back within 30 min. Great service. Thank you guys!!
