        I just landed at Heathrow and went in to WHSmith at terminal 4 to purchase a Vodafone top up. The lady kindly offered to help top up, I moved away slightly only to return to hear I had 17 credit. A little surprised as I had only topped up 10, I mentioned to her I wasnt aware I had extra 7 and we both smiled and left. I got to the car, half way in the motorway and realised I do not have any credit at all. I called Vodafone and they have no record of any topics, I have no vouchers to show and cant return to the airport, I have tried contacting your number, but not successful. Its inly 10, but I feel like I have been scammed.

        Meal deal ! You've advertised sandwich+ drinks + snacks as 4.99 GBP. But I was charged GBP 7.38 as I did not take the snacks! When checked with the senior lady staff :Nothing could be done as its paid already" ! Later I returned to the store to file a feedback/complaint junior staff says "If you haven't eaten we can refund". Too late. Is this customer service?
