My daughter and I had a wonderful diner here while waiting for our flight! The service and food was way beyond anything I would ever expect from any airport restaurant! My daughter has couliac decease and even though they don't really have anything specific on the menu, they were more than happy to accommodate her and think to get something tasty on the table. Who ever is in charge should consider giving Erica and Jesika a big fat raise!

Really rude staff, today I went on t4 and one of the staff made us seat where we wanted to seat after while one of the staff im not sure whats her name she came and made us stand and to seat somewhere else because the table that we were seated was for four however the whole restaurant was empty and there were more seats available but she just picked us , as I work in terminal 4 as well is really disrespectful when one staff treat another staff like this .I think any heathrow staff that goes to eat there they treat this way .
