I bought a Samsonite Case from the Shop Case on a Sunday outward bound for Ireland, and took it with me empty. On returning the following Friday the lock for the computer compartment broke. I contacted Case T2 and arranged for an exchange . I informed the manager that I had already paid to have the case travel in the hold and asked for consideration, only in respect of that payment as the loss is a consequential loss. In good faith I purchased the not inexpensive case and trusted that the company would treat me fairly but was told by the manager he would only arrange for the exchange. Not very fair treatment and if I had the opportunity I would have returned the case via the return website and costing them time, effort and the refund of postage and packaging which would have been no more expensive that the luggage hold payment. I consider this very poor customer service. So thank for your assistance (NOT)

Bought a bag here today and we are very disappointed by the service. We understand that it could be a very busy day in the airport but she was not friendly to the customers. Hope that the service here could be improved.
