I needed a covid test to travel to the US. Because my flight was in the morning, I scheduled a test for the evening before. Getting in and out of LHR is always challenging, but I needed to make sure I had my results back before the flight. ExpressTest advertises a four-hour maximum for getting test results. That evening, the 4hrs came and went. After the 5th hour I received an email announcing the test was "indeterminate" and they "invited" me to test again. However, the earliest they could conduct the test was at 7am. I arrived at 6:30am to be sure I was first in line. They also offered to request expedited service. That turned out to be a laugh. At 10:54 they sent an email with the results. Once again, the test was indeterminate! My flight departed at 11:40a and I was left without the required documentation to board. It was a nightmare. Their apologies and offers to reimburse me for the cost of the test were the least they could do. All the subsequent expenses incurred by me, and the time lost because of their failures, can't be recovered. Avoid this company if at all possible!

please do NOT book ExpressTest . During covid, I was flying to Milan, so I booked the "4 hours PCT fit to fly" test - however the test results only came back in 5 hours, no explanation, no apologies - I had to cancel my flight to Milan and rebook into a new one, pay extra money for the new booking (600+ out of pocket). I claimed that via customer service, but received no response. please do NOT use them, as they are un-realiable, no customer service, and their on the ground staff member cannot help at all either. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Extremely poor customer service, not worth your time nor money.

Excellent service provided by the manager (Ravi). My test lab report came out inconclusive and my flight was to depart within the hour. Ravi had arranged for another test, hand delivered to the laboratory and even spoke to the senior laboratory staff member to process the results asap. He kept me upto date while I waited at the departure gates and called me as soon as the lab result was available and manually issued a certificate to speed up the process. Excellent service, thank you Ravi and his team.

We booked the click and collect self test and carried it out at home. There was an error with uploading the photos to the website and we immediately went into panic mode. I filled out a 'contact us' form on the and was phoned back within 15mins - the customer service was outstanding and an hour later we had our test results. Very polite and helpful and went the extra mile to get us sorted. Will definitely use again!
