I really appreciate that there's a Harrods in Heathrow Airport and I purchased a few gifts! I gave three stars because the employees were rude and, despite a relatively large amount of space, the store merchandise seemed to miss their target customers. I like that they had one side of the store for luxury items that people can purchase duty free, then the remaining space for more touristy gift items, but the selection for both areas was sub par to me. I would recommend more variety in the luxury items, mostly accessories, then more Harrods-branded items of higher quality in the gift section. The items are overpriced, but that's expected Harrods. Ultimately I'm glad there was a Harrods store and I purchased a few items, but I do think the buyer for the store can choose better items to stock for their target audience!
