The sales associate was very friendly and patient. It took a long time to decide on a gift. She showed me everything I wanted to see and we eventually narrowed it down. Good location not too far from the lounge

Worse Hermes ever, I may not be a VIP customer, but Ive been purchasing bags from Hermes from other countries and their service is always satisfying. But this is truly the worse experience I ever had, maybe because my outfit was quite causal after a long flight?! The SA was very RUDE and MEAN when I ask if any bag is available! She didnt even bother to look at me when she talked to me. And I saw her rolling her eyes!

4 star selection and 4 star service. I casually checked our several brand stores on my way to the lounge without any particular shopping list on my mind. (I normally shop with my local SA). I browsed and looked at some scarf rings. One of the SA patiently showed me all the collection and demonstrated how it fit with scarf and twilly. I then picked two more twillies for my other Hermes bags. At this point another SA came to ask whether I wanted to look at bags. She offered a red picotin 18 so I just took it thinking its a nice surprising gift for my first trip of 2023. Then I found this place carrying quite a decent amount of selection than another Terminal and in most of the US stores. So I got another pair of earrings, a pair of loafer shoes and a cardigan for the beginning of the new year. Sometimes I feel shopping at the airport is way more efficient than via local stores. I didnt take the bag and shoe boxes when I checked out and instead put them all into my quite empty carry-on luggage, however I can definitely feel the haughty judging eyes from those elegant sales who found me strange to treat their products esp. orange boxes in a not so worshipping way. Otherwise it was a fairly nice shopping experience to kill time while waiting for the delayed flight.
