A disgraceful service provided by Eva who claimed to be a manager for Khiels in Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. My brother was trying on a product when she approached us , she was rude and sarcastic, when we tried to ask for help she dismissive and responded by saying we should know the ingredients in the products already and refused to help us. I actually haven't ever received such a poor services before and an still quite shocked with how she behaved with us. When I informed her I didn't like the way she spoke to us, she responded by saying thank you as opposed to actually apologising. I felt she was racist and just didn't want to help, absolutely poor service from someone who claims to be a manager too.
