Very poor choice of food and drinks. Most of the things cost extra (even cheapest Prosecco). The only positive thing is friendly staff, otherwise I would rate it 1.

The queue to get in was massive, even though we had prebooked/prepaid. The whole lounge feels like an L shaped corridor and the only sofas we could find were reserved (presumably for members). There are no separate bathrooms within the lounge, so you have to go back out into the airport to visit the restroom. There was only one place to get water/coffee/tea so people often got stuck behind others who were filling up massive bottles. The food selection was quite small and not all food and drinks were included in the price. Overall, I have been to much better lounges, and I would not visit this one again.
