        Decent rooms.ine up to check in took ages and later, I was completely ignored at concierge desk despite 3 people standing st it. I had to interrupt them for attention after a 4 or 5 minute wait. I was given incorrect information on phone by reception regarding shuttle bus times that resulted in me checking out of my room an hour earlier than needed and standing outside waiting for a bus that wasn't due. Incorrect info given about length of journey also caused me issues and i ended up running very late. Prices are reasonable but I would not stay here for more than 1 night and only based on monetary value.

        First room allocated the AC didn't work and was a fairly small room. They quickly moved us to another room which was MUCH better. Went to restaurant and ordered a Pizza which was very poorly made. I had to find a waiter to serve us. Pizza was returned uneaten. Worst pizza ever and it was 17.00 ($34.00AUD). Hoppastoppa bus service to Airport terminals regular, convenient and driven like an F1 racecar. 6.00 per person to the various Heathrow Terminals. 5 minutes from Terminals.
